Say goodbye to over-capacity, warehouse style dog daycare and “Hello” to something better! Our 5,000 square foot facility features 35 overnight climate controlled pet suites, 4 separate indoor and out door play areas with artificial turf and a state of the art grooming room. Just big enough to have a blast, but not so big that any of our dogs feel lost in the pack!

Playful Pet Resort operates with safety in mind! We do this by:

• Operating with a staff to guest ratio nearly twice the typical chain dog daycare.
• Requiring that all staff participate in an intensive onboarding training with weekly coaching sessions.
• New guests are extensivly temperment tested to help ensure that we build our playgroups out of like minded and sized playmates.
• Cameras cover the entire facility. So not only are the hands-on staff supervising, but also our facility manager looking for things that can't be seen at eye level. 
• Last, in the event of an injury or illness, a 24 hour Vet is kept on call for any emergencies.

A survey of our current clients taught us that our parents really like:

• The ability to peek in on their dog at play via our webcams (CAUTION: they can be addictive!)
• The fact that the staff know more than each dogs's name. They know the likes, dislikes and how to cater the day so that their pup is happy.
• Many love the feeling that their dog seems to know where he is going when he gets in the car and often races to get inside and see their friends.
• But mostly: They report feeling that they get their money's worth when picking up a well excercised dog who often sleeps the night away!
